Welcome to Bonita Springs
A quaint coastal community with miles of sugary white sand beaches
Bonita Springs is a tranquil seaside town along the pristine Gulf Coast of Florida. It is centrally located between Fort Myers to the north and Naples to the south. Those that need to commute into either city can reach Fort Myers in 35 minutes and Naples in 25 minutes. When you want to get away for business or pleasure, the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is only 18 miles away.
The attraction of living in Bonita Springs is by far the spectacular beaches with their stark white sand and the clear turquoise waters of the Gulf. Compared to Naples, it is quieter with a more small-town feel that residents appreciate. You will find traditional styles of homes in addition to beach cottages and modern architecture. In recent years, a lot of new home development has been completed to add to the new build options for homebuyers.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping
Bonita Springs has a lovely selection of top restaurants, and as an extension of Naples, there are even more options minutes away. Pinchers is a local seafood shack and a favorite place to find tasty crab, fish tacos, fish and chips, and more in a relaxed beachy setting.
For an evening of elevated seafood dishes, Bonefish Grill has a wide assortment of fresh seasonal fish and shellfish entrees. You can order your favorite seafood dish at Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille, a casual tiki-themed restaurant on the waterfront with views for days.
At the elegant Limoncello, you can taste the mouth-watering flavors of Southern Italy in each bite whether it is pizza, pasta, or meat dishes. For a fun and lively dinner, the Iguana Mia restaurant serves the best Mexican food in town with a colorful atmosphere you can’t help but love. If you want to grab a bite to eat or just sip cocktails, Doc’s Beach House is one of the best places to watch the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico.
Downtown, in the Old Town section of Bonita Springs, locals can find several retail and boutique-style shops to browse. For premier shopping, residents visit Coconut Point Mall which has the most high-end stores in one area or they go south to the shops on Fifth Avenue South in Naples.
Things To Do
Bonita Springs is an outdoor lover’s paradise for its gorgeous weather, beaches, and green spaces. Although this idyllic community has some of the prettiest beaches in the country, Barefoot Beach ranks the highest followed by Bonita Beach Park, Bonita Beach, and Little Hickory Island Beach Park. The best activities at the beach? Swim, snorkel, kayak, stand up paddleboard, or just lounge in paradise.
Festivals and community events are held throughout the year but a few stand out and are worth noting. Two fun and lively music festivals that bring the whole community together are the Bonita Blues Festival and Bonita Fest. Both have a great line-up of bands, food, and drinks for a good time. In preparation for the holiday season, the Bonita Holiday Fair has exciting carnival rides, food, games, a petting zoo, and live shows all centered around the holidays.
